Zain Jordan Wins “Women-Inclusive Workplace” Award from UN Women

Zain Jordan has been awarded “Women-Inclusive Workplace” award by UN Women, in recognition of its ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment and advancing gender equality. The award was presented during UN Women’s annual end-of-year ceremony, held at Sheraton Hotel -Al Nabil Amman.

This recognition reflects Zain Jordan’s institutional approach to embedding equity, equal opportunity, and women’s empowerment at the core of its corporate culture and daily practices. Through creating a supportive and inclusive workplace, the company ensures the meaningful participation of women while highlighting their presence, rights, and contributions across all levels and functions.

The award was received on behalf of Zain Jordan by Mrs. Manal Al-Asmar, Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs.
